Everything about Fox sports coverage just feels plastic and cheap.
2018 World Cup coverage felt that way no matter how hard they tried. Fox tries so hard to be silly and fun and it comes across as fake.
ESPN's coverage of World Cups and Euros since 2010 meanwhile struck the perfect balance between a relaxed vibe while still understanding the importance of the event they were covering.
