FYI, 9 of the last 12 Sounders matches will either be on ESPN, ESPN2, or NBC Sports Network and, thus, not on MLS Live.

I think I read somewhere that there will be a few instances of that but not every weekend. Just glancing at the Sounders schedule, looks like their next match against FC Dallas will be a 2 pm match on a Saturday on NBCSN so I assume that's one time it will take place.

Yeah. Just checked the schedule for next month and NBC is doing the Portland v LA game. Hope they decide to pick up some more though.
