I say draft as far as we can. If it just takes too long we can switch to free agency on like the 16th or so. People should be paying enough attention by then to come back and see whats going on with the draft and how to get the rest of their players.

I say draft a minimum of 12 rounds, try to go 15, but set a definite last day/time to draft and then it goes to free agency.

If this is a Keeper league, there is going to be duplicate players on everyone's roster next season when you relegate/promote. How is that going to work?
ie: two teams will have the same player for just about every player on the rosters
