In the squad selection section, pull up the player and click the colored box next to his name. A separate box will pop up with his player profile. Top right, hit add to watchlist.

It used to be on the player card add/remove from watchlist.. Maybe its not available until season begins

If watch list is not available, then frick.
Should be in the top right corner of the player card.
View your watch list under the transactions tab and check the drop box settings to watch list and round score.

You need to pick a squad. Once you do that you get the additional tabs that say 'home''point'pick team''transfers' etc...
hit the transfers tab. then click on the colored box next to player's name (most are blue).. then his player card will pop up with 'add to watchlist' on top right.
TRANSFERS tab is the key !!
