I dont buy to flip because I honestly don't know the ins and outs. This is the 1st year since 15 that I take FUT seriously. I've had insane pack luck tho. I packed Messi from rewards after my 1st match on fifa 21. I packed TOTY Davies in a 75+ player pack. It's been crazy.

Is it me or does this game clear the ball to the middle way more that previous games

Of course the clearances go to the other team leading to a scoring chance

I'm not going to take the time to upload the video but it was so egregious that I screen recorded it on xbox live.

Basically I'm trying to clear the ball from just outside my 18 to break the relentless high press. His player partially blocks it and it goes towards my goal, but not very fast. It didn't even have enough steam on it to make it across the line before bouncing.

Anyway, the ball bounces around the 6 yard box, my Ter Stegen card dives wildly at the ball (that he could have dropped to 1 knee and easily collected) and it goes under him for a goal, but barely, because the ball didn't even have enough speed to hit the net. I turned the game off

You'll be able to get to 18 over two weeks. It uses SBMM do the better your WL is the better players your gonna face and vice versa.

Get ready for a sweat fest though. Everyone has good teams. Lots of Neymar,CR7,Joao felix, Varane etc. I find that people press quite a bit and most players either bomb long balls to their wingers or try to skill move you to death. Make sure to have three subs ready. I usually replace my CDM's around the 60-70th and bring in an attacker or defender for ET if needed.

this year more than others. EA has gone completely bonkers with promo cards. It used to just be performance based (toty, toty, tots, totgs, motm) futmas, and birthday. There's a new dumbass promo every week now. I've got cards collecting dust in my club that I would've been thrilled to have in my starting lineup in past versions of the game

I keep seeing this trend of if I beat or lose to a team the first time in the league

It’s almost the exact same result in the second match

Was on a 3 match win streak, and played Sheffield

Lost 4-2 and they scored 3 goalazos

Like shite you would never see in actual football


One of them my defender and their forward went for a 50/50

My guy won it, it bounced off his leg hit the attacker bounced off him back to my guy, bounced off my CB again the attacker steals it mid air and then scores upper 90s from the edge of the 18

I dunno know if this is a glitch or EA did this on purpose but the free agent system is out of control

In previous years you would be lucky to find one of two decent guys a summer or in mid season

This version of the game it’s out of control especially with clubs letting really good youth players go. Like 19 year olds already in the 70s that the game has created

Or even with real young players, I signed Harvey Elliot and ilaix moriba on the second day of the summer window LMAOO

Literally brought in 8 players 20 and under with huge potential
