I can confirm all of this. It is definitely not the atmosphere that I would like to bring my family to. I think this hinders the appeal of the sport to more of France. And the supposedly "die-hard" fans are pretty quick to stop supporting the team if things go south. The French are pretty flaky like that.

- EPL (losing it)
- UEFA CL and Europa
- FA Cup
- Some International Matches/Tournaments
- SPL
- A-League

Pretty accurate article overall. I do hope FFP comes into play in the near future. It would be fun to see 4-5 teams from each league be able to compete with each other.

As it currently stands, there is really only 3-4 teams in the world fighting for the CL trophy.
