We should've been trying this formation. I wrote about this one time, but it's Jurgen's inability to figure out when he should and shouldn't tinker that angers me so much. Play 3-5-2 in games that don't matter. Don't play it for one half at some point and then pull it out for the biggest game since CONCACAF Cup/World Cup game against Belgium
