Seems Villarreal has got rid of him, after determining he was too divergent in his plan for the side, from that of the club´s administration.
Definitively, it corresponds to his taking away the captaincy of a player, with which some pivotal players were not in agreement, and his inconformity with the club´s signing policy this preseason.
I´d imagine he´s England bound, maybe Germany.
This guy is the real deal, for a club that aspires to something of merit.
