No, but he didn’t get onto Real Madrid’s squad missing easy shots. He obviously has talent somewhere that he, to be fair to your argument, didn’t tap into WHATSOEVER this past season. However, i think he shouldn’t be binned after one season. I would be pretty pissed if he did what so many others do after leaving Chelsea: tapping into scoring mode after leaving. Salah was canned because he couldn’t score for us.
Basically I think morata has the talent to be a very good striker. He needs a good supporting cast, and confidence out the arse. Keep feeding him the ball, try and get higuain to press him for time, and up blues.

But he was never even super proven at Madrid in the first place. He had 26 total apps. We paid a lot for him so I also hate to see that money wasted, but he simply cannot be our top striker if we expect to be competing with the best in the league.
If someone puts in a reasonable bid for him, I'd much rather take it, keep Michy and Giroud around, then invest the Morata money into a young rising talent.

I don't mind the misses as much his general pouty attitude and soft play.

Farewell Conte and best wishes. Another great move by Roman and club management. What difference does it make who the team manager is when we can trot out the likes of Mo Salah, KDB, Ake, Lukaku, Cuadrado,......oh wait.

Sigh....
Lame quote by hazard today...
“After 6 wonderful years at Chelsea it might be time to discover something different. Certainly after this World Cup. I can decide if I want to stay or go, but Chelsea will make the final decision - if they want to let me go. You know my preferred destination.”
Let’s see what’s up with it. We still own his contract. He’s interested in seeing how Sarri manages.

I think if he goes it'll be next year. He's got 2 left on his contract. Makes sense to see what Sarri can do before peacing out. First time he's had an offensive manager at Chelsea
