SATURDAY, AUGUST 17, 2013

8:30 Eintracht Frankfurt v Bayern Munich Commerzbank-Arena
8:30 Hamburg SV v TSG Hoffenheim HSH Nordbank Arena
8:30 SC Freiburg v Mainz MAGE SOLAR Stadion
8:30 VfB Stuttgart v Bayer Leverkusen Gottlieb-Daimler-Stadion
8:30 VfL Wolfsburg v Schalke 04 Volkswagen Arena
8:30 Werder Bremen v FC Augsburg Weserstadion
11:30 Borussia Monchengladbach v Hannover 96 Borussia-Park

SUNDAY, AUGUST 18, 2013

8:30 Nurnberg v Hertha Berlin EasyCredit-Stadion
10:30 Borussia Dortmund v TSV Eintracht Braunschweig Signal-Iduna-Park

After a 37-goal opening weekend, Hertha Berlin sits atop the table with a +5 GD.

I heard a rumor that this other league starts this weekend, but I doubt anyone cares about that.

Hopefully this becomes a weekly thread separate from the PL matchday thread.

C'mon, HSV. Can't believe Adler fumbled that one last week to let Schalke get a point. 'Twas a fun match to watch, though.

Adler is going to win enough games for HSV this year to make everyone forget about that. He made some sick saves in that game.

No Gundogan this weekend. But I do think Mkhitaryan is back so he'll play the 10.

True, true. Still kinda stings to see him make such a costly error.

And, yes, he did make some great saves. He's a freaking beast.

Pretty neat little lineup for Frankfurt, actually. With Rode up in a more attacking spot, he'll put pressure on Basti. I have a feeling we'll see this often this year.

Tommy Fußball should have two goals. Kevin Trapp is a good keeper too, Bayern needs to pepper that net
