What I'm saying is that the away goal tie breaker won't be taken into account because the score was 1-0. There is no situation in which Bayern can advance solely by having more away goals.

2nd leg ends in a 0-0 tie. Bayern advances because they solely have more away goals than Milan(1 to 0).

No, they advance because they simply have more goals. The aggregate score would be 1-0. Now, if Inter wins in Munich 2-1, they would advance on away goals. I wasn't really making a profound point or anything, I'm just saying that saying Bayern has an away goal in hand is pointless when you take into account all the scenarios that could happen. They simply have a 1-0 lead and, in Bayern's case, the away goal tiebreaker advantage is meaningless.

Lahms challenge on eto'o was a foul for sure, not sure how the ref swallowed his whistle. Slide tackle from behind when he was beaten clearly

He got the ball. Eto'o didn't even ask for a pk. He just signaled for a corner.
