It was a horrible call and very clearly a hand ball + Qatar does not need help from the refs.

Honduras player celebrates ultimately disallowed goal by giving the referee and awkward hug and high-five. The ref just looks at him like “WTF are you doing?”
Gotta love the Gold Cup. This crowd is awesome. Packed house. I think Houston will be a great MLS city one day, when the Dynamo get competent ownership, instead of the clowns that run the team now.
