I also really wanted Yerry Mina only to find like three of you beat me to the punch. I will go through this in the next hour or so (have a meeting in 3 minutes) and put it on the League Site.

These are the current rules. Let me rethink them, but I think they make the most sense.
Please feel to add any input. Regardless of TD being behind on time, we have to follow their time due to timestamps of the posts.
