Arda Turan says he wants to play in the Premier League. His agent says three top English teams are set to make offers, but he can't reveal who they are.
He also says Milan and PSG are in pursuit, but that Turan won't go to Milan because they aren't in the Champions League. He says PSG is a possibility only if nothing works in England.
Going by that criteria 3 of Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United, and Arsenal have to be the teams with maybe United as the favorite.

Real Madrid are aware that the long-simmering tension with Sergio Ramos has reached boiling point and could soon explode.
The crossfire between both parties - unleashed through intermediaries and clearly targeted - risks creating wounds that cannot be easily healed.
Florentino Pérez is adamant that he won't indulge Ramos's demand for a contract worth €10 million after tax every season. The club has taken such a firm stand before in these situations. Mesut Özil and Ángel Di María ended up joining Arsenal and Manchester United respectively after very similar wrangles: both are now earning in the region of €8m a year, far more than was on offer at the Bernabéu.
The Real Madrid president's misgivings over Ramos date back to José Mourinho's time in charge. The chief was unimpressed by the numerous fiery clashes the defender had with the then coach and, in particular, the ultimatum he issued, telling Florentino that if Mou didn't leave, the squad would be up in arms.
This planted the seeds for what has now become a much bigger rift. Florentino's other bones to pick with Ramos include his view that the centre-back has got too big for his boots and hasn't made a big enough effort to help Gareth Bale settle in. The supremo has volunteered this information, albeit more or less off the record.
In the face of rampant speculation, the Bernabéu board are stressing the fact that Ramos remains under contract for another two years and has a €200 million release clause. Nevertheless, something is going to have to give in order to avoid the defender following in Özil and Di María's footsteps.
