and why do you think it?

I say Bama because we seemed to be stronger than LSU, LSU players got repeatedly hurt, Bama seemed to be in better shape (I didn't see one Bama player go out with cramps, where as 1 saw the same LSU player get hurt and/or get cramps at least 3 times) and mostly because we scored 14 4th quarter points.

What say the SECrant Scoreboard?

IMO Alabama looked more physical. It just looked like we wanted it more IMO. Nothing against LSU that's just what it seemed like to me.

Players don't just get hurt like that. No doubt in my mind Bama had brassnuckles in their fists and mustard in their shoulderpads...

1 player battling cramps doesn't make a team out of shape. also, the injuries are more bad luck. i mean scott breaking his collarbone gashing bama for a 30 yard run. it's not like you just powned his arse.

all that being said, bama was more physical and Ingram was awesome. he should win the heisman.

It went back and forth, I would say LSU first half but Bama in the forth quarter for sure

I agree with this. I gave reasons for why I thought so, do you want to give some why you think this? I am curious since you seem to have the capacity to be objective.

Cramps have more to do with pregrame hydration and diet than being out of shape.

Both teams looked physical. But I think Bama wore down LSU in the second half.

Bama was literally running like the same 2 plays with Ingram the entire second half. they were spreading LSU out and running Ingram out of the pistol/shotgun. they also ran it to the left probably 80% of the time (it seemed). Carpenter was just dominating Alem out there. It doesn't help that Alem was getting upfield EVERY TIME even though every one in the stadium knows it's a run. basically that allowed Ingram to get a head of steam on all of his runs, and you know what that guy can do when he has a running start...

Bama sort of got away with more holding and basically helmet speared our starting QB thus making us play pick 6.

I guess LSU will be thrust back into mediocrity now that the Tide is back.
