Congrats Bama, tonite was like 2 wins! You guys are 100% the better team, and i now have come to terms that the better team DIDNT win on 11/5!
Hats off to the defense and Coach Chavis at least they went down fighting!!!!!!! Miles and the offensive morons....... same can not be said for you!!!!!
Congrats Bama, I could careless about the 14 titles you claim because probably half are BS, but 2009 and especially TONITE they are legit!

You are right. Giving up 400 yards of offense is fantastic. But if you truly want to see what a good defense can do, they give up 92 total yards.

Quality post.
I think LSU is a powerhouse program. These teams push one another 365 days a year and both are better for it.

I certainly didnt expect this at all. I am blown away. It was just a complete win. Big ups to LSU on a fine season. I just think they ran into a buzzsaw. I am in awe of that defense.

While you're at it, you should you come to terms with the fact that you don't need 12 exclamation points to express your perspective.

Don't be an idiot. Even a defense as great as LSU's will wear down when they have to stay on the field all night.
I will say this, though. Mathieu got his arse just plain whipped. Alabama targeted him all night. Bama threw at him, and Bama receivers blocked him with ease (see Hanks' block). Heisman candidate? Mathieu wasn't even all SEC tonight.
