I like the way he ran against Clemson in big moments. Ole Miss has maybe the worst run defense in the SEC. Arkansas carved them up.

Tigers win a close one on the road 27-20

He could have signed with Texas A&M. He could’ve gotten a big head after an impact freshman year and entered the portal for more money. He could’ve quit when the staff didn’t know how to use his skills or after injury. He just kept coming back through all of it and looked like an All-American in LSU’s biggest opening win in years.

As the championships start to stack up, it’s harder to separate out favorites.

2000 will always be the top for me, not only because of the team, but because I was in Omaha for every game with my dad.

2009 marked the return of LSU baseball after a bad drought. It was also the summer before my freshman year, so that one was fun.

2023 I think had the best pro talent.

The 90s teams were always on the tv at my house and I have some memory of those CWSs, but I was too young to compare them to these teams.

LSU-Bama is always a huge one and could be an elimination game this year.
