Crime, taxes, the state of its public education, the insane cost of living for its residents… and the fact a Muslim extremest terrorist sympathizing communist that hates America, hates white people, and wants to run all the wealth out of his city, is the frontrunner to become mayor? That should be enough to argue it has failed, no?
