Harassment
York City Police Captain Daniel Lentz stated that the charges “range from felony riot to misdemeanor simple assault, defiant trespass and harassment.” The case is being handled through the juvenile justice system.
Authorities have not announced additional arrests beyond these three, though the investigation was described as ongoing in some reports.
