You asked my opinion. I gave it. If you were a lawyer you would understand why the allegations they make would create damages. It’s not that complicated. Again. Your inability to keep up is it a me problem.
I asked for your analysis of the merits. You provided none. You’re the supposed lawyer, I would think you would understand the plain meaning of words and the question, but apparently not.

Based solely upon a petition. You clearly don’t understand how it works. You dumb idiot. There is a process. The only thing that can be determined right now is if the allegations in the petition are true there will be damages. You want a judgment before an Answer is even filed. fricking dumbass.

Do you need me to explain what an Answer is to you? Or are you too busy with your “significant” business.

I’m not asking for the judgment, I’m asking for your analysis of the merits. You are the supposed lawyer and you can’t provide anything more than “they’ll win if they prove their case”?

I’m not sure you understand what this means, pigeon. Otherwise you would understand why I said, if the allegations in the petition are true the case has merit. You want me to opine on merits before an Answer. It’s a stupid fricking question from a dullard. Like always, I can’t understand it for you. You’re just not a smart person.

Ok, you’re either unable to or you are unwilling to provide any analysis.

The new, very angry 808, is much more comical than the thoughtful 808. Quite the transformation.

What analysis, specifically, do you think can be done from simply reading the petition? All that can be done is repeat what it says. Holy frick, your lack of legal acumen is shining bright and strong in this thread.
But let’s play. Give me your analysis of the merits. Include citations and legal precedent.

The new Elon musk derangement syndrome Cwill is participating in some classic liberal projection. I know you don’t know what you don’t know, but even Aggie Hank would be laughing at you right now.

First thing that stood out was venue. Why Fort Worth? Is there a particular judge there favorable to these COAs?
Yes, it’s Judge Pittman, trump appointee, and by filing in Texas they avoid anti-slaap statutes in California and elsewhere.

Yeah I saw guys with Texas bar numbers were pending admission.
They’re politically connected former attorneys that worked for the AG Paxton…and coincidentally Paxton opened an investigation.

You can’t apply your understanding of the law to the claims? You have zero opinion of the case? Just, who ever wins, wins?

Again. You don’t know what you don’t know. The ONLY pleading in this case is the petition. What analysis do you desire? There is no Answer. (That is the defendants response, you fricking idiot). You want me to give analysis based upon what the media has said?

You’re free to give us your analysis.

All I’ve ever said about musk is that he signed a contract that locked him in and he overpaid. All proven to be true! That was just correct legal analysis on the first part and correct analysis of his motivations and biz analysis on the second. I’m sorry you were wrong on both. But being right about those matters, even if they cast musk in a negative light, has nothing to do with political biases.

Are you aware of the local rule in that district?

Just give us a summary judgement type analysis. Do you think there are 1A protections here for MM? Try not to let your love of musk get in the way.

Your understanding of the law is lower than the juniors I used to teach about commercial law in their undergrad programs. You’re a complete and utter moron.

Without an Answer? Hahahahahah. You have no clue the standard for MSJ. You dumb idiot. You’re just listing off terms you have heard. Embarrassing
I will tell you this. Based upon the current pleadings….musk wins. But that is why we wait for all of the pleading to be filed you dumb frick.
