Under no circumstances will Dems vote for the SAVE Act. You could throw everything they ever wanted in the bill and none would vote for it. If it passes as is, the Dems (and some Rs) know their days are numbered. Would be disastrous for the Democrats

Tell the Democrats, we will vote for the "If It Makes You Happy" Bill. It says we will say there are an infinite number of genders. Now pass the Save act.

Sacrifice the country your children will live in so that mostly leftist women will have babies they don't care about?
I'm not sure I'm willing to make that trade. If democrats gain power, then all your sacrifices to protect the unborn will be for naught. You will have unfettered abortion and fraudulent elections. You will protect far more babies by keeping the democrats out of power.
And sadly, that's just the way it is. Doing the "immoral" thing will actually save more lives.
