I was waiting for the WHO bonds to come up. Whitney Webb explained this on a podcast I listen to. The WHO sat on their feet until the death threshold was met to declare a pandemic allegedly.

This article "refutes" that but has all the information on the bond triggers. Apparently they still have a few triggers.
