Catering to freaks is not going to work out the way Worcester leaders think it will. Public services will be strained beyond capacity as people who crippled themselves emotionally and physically overwhelm the place.
I'm actually shocked Asheville hasn't done this yet. Perhaps after we get past the storm a little farther we'll find time for such crap.
