So if I understand correctly. This rope used to pull down a garage door was designed in a such a way that included a noose to create a handle that assist in the pulling down or raising of said door. This rope was unique to garage 4 at Talledega and thereby assumed by Bubba Wallace this was intentionally placed there as a deliberate act of racial intimidation.

Nope.
Just a plain rope with a loop in the end. Not a noose knot. Also, other garages had the same pull down, and even if they didn’t, if a rope is tied to a garage door in such a fashion IT IS OBVIOUSLY THERE AS A TOOL TO DO A JOB.
It’s like thinking the timing belt on the engine looked like a “slave master’s whip” and was left there for racist purposes!
