- Birthright Citizenship (Trump v. Barbara)

- Federal Reserve/Presidential Removal Power (Trump v. Cook)

- Campaign Finance (National Republican Senatorial Committee v. Federal Election Commission)

- Transgender Athletes Case (West Virginia v. B. P. J.)

- TPS/Asylum Immigration Cases (Noem v. Al Otro Lado) (Trump v. Miot / Mullin v. Doe)

Those five could each produce front-page headlines this week and potentially reshape federal law for decades to come.

This should be a very interesting week. We could see the evisceration of the Democrats' golden idols: illiterate foreigners and trans in women's sports. Hoping for sky screaming of the highest order with the appropriate media melts.

Will be shocked if this is a win for Trump. The way the questioning went didnt look good.

I really hope I am wrong.

As long as John Roberts is CJ and Barrett is on the Court, I don't hold out a lot of hope.

I wonder if Congress could add something to the definition sort of a constitutional amendment?

Nah, they are gutless.
