St. Joseph Academy is hiring a new president.

Will the new president continue the CSJ promotion of LGBTQ identities? Does SJA even have any sisters from their founding order who are active with the school?

Fr. James Martin promotes groups such as the drag group “Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence”. As CatholicVote has reported, “performances” have included pole dancing on a cross, suggestively touching a scantily clad man meant to represent Jesus during His passion, and filling chalices with yogurt to simulate ingesting semen in a mock-“Mass.”]

How is this not a blasphemous sexualized mockery of Jesus’s sacrifice? Do SJA parents of girls as young as 14, consider autogynoohilic men who dress in drag as nuns, as “their dear neighbors”?

SJA is also a member of the National Association of Independent Schools, whose members agree to accept the stated gender identities of students at their schools. How is NAIS membership compatible with any Catholic school, much more so a single sex Catholic school?

Do Catholic parents of girls at SJA want boys identifying as girls, to enroll? Do they think it is helpful for enrolled or future students, confused about their identities, to be affirmed as boys? In their science classes, do they teach that humans can change sexes and people can be born in wrong bodies?

Does SJA need the approval of Bishop Duca to continue to market themselves as a Catholic school? Who should alumni contact to voice their concerns?
