We could always return to quality and post count reviews. I don’t think John’s posts meet that threshold but the board could use a reminder that you aren’t supposed to start a new topic every time a new thought pops into your head.
You should also check the 1st 2 pages before you start a topic to make sure your thread isn’t the 2nd - or 4th - on that topic. THAT has gotten a little out of control.

Owlfan was stalking/flaming John Barron and calling him "bedpan" because Barron said he is an RN. I guess is it Russians turn to try to run off a poster they think is attention whoring more and maybe less than Owlfan?
