Nobody gives a s**t what happens in Alabama, political lost cause forever.

The desparate, false accusations against Moore prove otherwise.

Honorable?

He's no longer entitled to the honorific Judge or Honorable since he was removed from the bench.

Also, it's considered bad form to use the honorifics when in political office or running for political office.

I was more referring to any hope of a meaningful democratic political victory, it'll never happen so the dems don't invest much there.

But yes, to your point, people care that the GOP/Trump is backing a circus freak who will only bring bad press and will nationally turn moderate voters away. That's what we're talking about.

Don't get me wrong, I disagree with asurob, it'd be great to see a dem win a seat or two in Alabama, but nobody thinks it'll ever happen. So the fact that the dems are getting anything at all that will help their cause (and Roy Moore definitely qualifies as such) is a gift. Or a self inflicted wound by the GOP, depending on how you want to look at it.

No such thing as moderate anything now. You must vote for one of 2 options that are so different it is absolute.

Thank God people are seeing the light for truly the first time
