I see a lot wearing them around, or on the busses.
Here, it's to protect identity. They don't wanna be recognized by LEO. Rival gangers. Somebody's upset sugar daddy. An Ex.
Some of em do it cuz they think it makes them look scary.
But yeah, there's some with immunity issues.
