Why Aren't School Districts Giving Taxpayers a Refund?

If the schools are closed and they refuse to open then they should be refunding tax payers their money that allows them to stay open.

Because, they are government employees and are therefore better than us.

My home school district literally just canceled all virtual school for a snow day. These people don’t give a frick.
