Libs will, at all costs, come up w/ reasons why "poor" people aren't to be blamed for their own actions/inactions and the consequences from it. Kind of fascinating how determined they are to totally ignore the IQ, individual responsibility, and culture issues, tbh.

Yes.
The right would help the black person. The left would convince them it’s racist and they eventually die from carbon monoxide poisoning.
And this goes for a lot of things in life. You can’t treat people in this manner and expect them to be functioning adults in society.
