Instead of going on the defensive, he should have stayed in Cancun, and been unapologetic about it. It doesn't matter what he does or says, he usually gets criticized. He should have just owned the trip, and told his critics to pound sand.

When asked about it from the media then he should ask them what is he suppose to do . Tell them he is not the one pushing green energy. We need politicians with nuts . Bowing down to the media is not going to help them .

Because bigger news is coming out today they dont want to get attention on. Thats how this works...that was COVID this whole last year. Supress info with b.s. instead. "Jangle the keys" as its told.
