You cannot have a legitimate discussion with someone who thinks in binary terms. In their eyes either you won or you lost.
It’s like LSU being a 45 point favorite against ULM, winning by 7 and then people turning around and saying to people who have concerns about the team “You guys were worried about this team? Idiots. We won.”
So, in your mind, anomalies can never happen. There is never any data outside the norm for random reasons. Every single little thing is indicative of a greater overarching progression.
The problem with extrapolating from a single point of data (or even a couple) is that you are rarely right. A special election in Georgia is not an indication of how West Texas will vote in a general election.
But this is common for TDS people. You take 1 or 2 bad points and ignore all other points that don't match your narrative. You think a minor data point is more important than it is.
This isn't the first time you guys have predicted doom from a special election. You were wrong then, so why should I think you are right now?
You complain about not being able to have a "legitimate discussion," but not once do you even consider that your panicking over every little thing is why people don't take you more seriously.

Your post doesn’t even make sense in the context of the conversation.
You accused me of having TDS and agreed with me in the same post.
In your first sentence you said this is likely an anomaly indicating your confirmation that this isn’t a great election result. Which was exactly my point.
I said nothing about future results, only that spiking the football here is like celebrating a seven point win as a five touchdown favorite.
