SECRET

ATOMAL– Allows access to information to U.S. Restricted/Formerly Restricted Data or U.K. Atomic information that has been officially released to NATO, and can be classified at all three levels (CTS, NS, and NC).

Believe it or not, that actually NATO's Top Secret Classification. The clearance you'll most likely see corresponding to that is Cosmic Top Secret Atomal (CTSA) however, since if you have CTS you almost certainly have Atomal as well. Most J2 and senior-level folks at EUCOM, NORTHCOM, and certain positions on the JS, OSD, and the three letters have that. AFRICOM's J2 bubbas had it for the first year after splitting off from EUCOM.
