It makes no sense that Comey testified that the reason he went before a camera and let HRC off is because of 'something the American public does not know yet" regarding Loretta Lynch. (It has now come out that LL is in an e-mail stating she won't let the case against HRC get far.<--------Obstruction of justice...
So is Comey a
a) A hyper partisan hack sending signals to LL with his transcript and tweet because she is due to testify. (and only fessed up because Horowitz/Huber have the evidence (e-mails)
Or,
b) is he saying what LL and those that are guilty want to hear?
I am going with a) but how could anybody be this stupid and such a narcissist freak curtain hider?

Flynn was unguarded and clearly saw the FBI agents engaging him in conversation as "allies".

Yes they set him up with Illegally obtained warrantless wire taps under the patriot act.
It is legal to record all calls leaving the country when one of the parties is a foreign National.
BUT
The law requires American citizens to be masked.
American citizens have a 4th Amendment protection that requires a warrant before the wire taps.
Flynn was illegally unmasked. The information obtained should fall under "the fruit of a poisoned tree" Therefore he should not have been prosecuted for a process crime of lying to the FBI because they had no right to the evidence which showed he was lying.
They also had no right to investigate whether he was lying since they had already obtained the knowledge of his actions under "the fruit of the poisoned tree" already
