Who blinks first with the TSA/DHS funding bill?

Both sides are yelling about the other side not passing bills to fund TSA like it's a stand alone bill. What's the endgame? Who cuts the bullshite first? There's no way Republicans are going to pass anything cutting funds to ICE and Democrats are hellbent on trying to push that through. They think the long lines at airports will cause the Republican to blink first.

All of these do-nothing fricks need to get their paychecks withheld and trading accounts frozen until a resolution is met. No backpay offered.
