Read his opening statement. It is the statement of a partisan of a foreign country not that of a US Ambassador who reports directly to the President of the United States. Taylor must have forgot completely how a chain of command works at West Point.

I'm not completely convinced of this. And I would say that the so called bi-partisan consensus on Ukraine has been incredibly reckless and compromised more important US policy goals around the world

And for the record I worked in Ukraine while Taylor was Ambassador during the Bush administration, met him, nice guy, but it was sick how equally sycophantic the American Embassy was to the Ukrainians and vice versa.
