He needs to be on top of the NG and make sure everything is being done to help the trapped residents. Perhaps if he was a better governor, the residents of San Bernardino county wouldn't be in this dire situation. How can he expect to lead a country when he can't even lead a county. This may very well turn the county back to red by 2024.
