Last night was about bringing America together. Trump used the opportunity to show any objective person listening that while he is a uniquely outspoken politician, his positions are centrist and he truly cares about America.
Today is to let progressives show their true colors in wanting to keep everything torn apart. They won’t give him a fair hearing, and will continue to demonize him in a way that is clearly at odds with reality.
The memo, released in good time after the SOTU and the left’s incongruous reaction, will reinforce what normal Americans are coming to realize: that progressive politicians, the media, the elites, and the deep state are working against them, while Trump is working for them.
