You'd asked if I could see that the two cannot co-exist... my neighbor's Christianity and her feminist upbringing.
I know that text can be read in different ways, so I want to say that I'm being genuine, and not hostile.
Yes, yes I can very much see that the two are diametrically opposed. I had tried to convey that with what I'd said, but also didn't want the person that I was adding a comment to, to think I was fighting with them.
So I may have failed in that message. Which would be my fault.
