Where are the principled Democrats in Congress?

Those that supported "Chelsea" Manning and Edward Snowden. That fundamentally disagree with the Patriot act.
The ones that accuse Bush of war crimes and lying to the American People.
Where's the outrage of clear abuse of power with the ex parte FISA court?
This is a non partisan issue.
Where the frick are these people in Congress that swore an oath to protect and defend our Constitution?

Umm. There aren't many. The ones that do exist are currently explaining they intend to vote "no" on impeachment and one of them even switched political parties over this mess.

I submit that most of them are just doing it for political survival, not out of principle.

That's probably true.
Actually, I'm pretty confident you can say that about pretty much everyone up there regardless of political affiliation.
The Republicans probably have a few more honorable people among their ranks, but not by much I'd wager. These cocksuckers are all opportunists. I've seen too many cases of things like the TARP bailouts to ever believe that any of these motherfrickers act in accordance with the will either the will of the people, or even what is best for the people.
There's been like 40 Republicans get out of politics since Trump has taken over. The rest of them just smell nicer right now because their party is on the winning side of this thing. If the roles were reversed the Republicans would be acting like petulent children as well.

There is no such thing as a principled democrat. Every single one of them are vile nasty wretched people. That includes the people who vote for them along with the ones in office.
