A 70 year history of verifiable data presenting the drug as being overwhelmingly safe should matter. If a physician then decides to prescribe it, the government should pound sand.

What you are suggesting is tantamount to asking defendants to prove their innocence.

Then again, you probably support the corrupt St. Louis AD.
