I think I saw a story yesterday where he was giving Trump credit for keeping up with his & his fathers health but I did not see anything about him changing parties
I'll be honest and say that I do not care if he keeps the D beside his name if he would continue to vote with the R's

Rn, he is beholden to vote with the dems on most things, and he is becoming an outcast as they drift commy. You could say he has a lane to the nomination, but they’re to whack now for that to be true.
If he switched he would vote with republicans much more, I think, I mean he’s a dem after all, they rarely have principles. How will he fare in the Pennsylvania Democrat primary?

That is the other part that needs to weighed out
I don't know enough about how he is being perceived in his home state & if he would have a shot at keeping his seat if he were to ultimately change parties at some point
I still don't fully trust him but will gladly take the votes that he coughs up for now
