General Agent
fiscally: conservatively liberal (all for spending if its done efficiently, which it rarely is, sadly)
socially: full on libtard

From The West Wing.
Lot of people on here will dismiss the show or the writer/creator (Aaron Sorkin) as left wing, but this show is easily the best (albeit idealistic) insights into what politics SHOULD be. (He also wrote A Few Good Men, Charlie Wilson's War, and this little gem.)
Jed Bartlett (Martin Sheen), just like JFK, would be castigated as a right wing extremist today.

I'll never get all of the people claiming to be fiscally conservative but socially liberal. Seems like a way of saying: "I believe in liberty, but I'm also a nice guy."
Conservative is conservative.
Hey, but what do I know. There are supposedly like 50 different sexes now, so I guess people can call themselves whatever they want, and we should be sensitive and agree.

What are your thoughts on those that are pro choice and pro free government provided birth control because it is a fiscally conservative position to take?

but socially liberal.
My question is "what is socially liberal?"
Is it accepting gays can marry and smoke weed?
Or, is it for drastically remaking America and giving reperations, have hiring quotas, banning guns and limiting speech?

Conservative is conservative.
Two voters.
Both believe we should minimize government to core functions and balance the budget.
One believes gay marriage is a sin and should in no way be legalized.
The other really doesn't give a rip and wonders whether the whole question of legal marriage is a legal construct with debatable provenance in government at all (though he is fine with it either way).
What are these two voters?

Both are probably conservative. One is religious.
