Money for windmills has nothing to do with E&P companies and their service providers winterizing...the problem is a pvt co problem and not spending $ for extremely rare energy events. I can nearly guarantee the energy industry on the E&P side is going to be hard pressed to allocate $ for this type of winterization.

Texas was only following the "Science",preparing for global warming. When did a government scientist mention, folks could die from cold. According to AL Gore and Gov't lefties, Louisiana and South Texas was supposed to be under water by now, and man would be approaching extinction.
