Richard Nixon v JFK in 1960.

Proudly voted for Nixon, but respected JFK for how he governed. Knew nothing about personal lives back then - the News Media concentrated on delivering facts about government actions - not back-stabbing Hollywood type gossip.

Have not seen a DEMOCRAT presidential nominee worthy of a vote since JFK.

Carter was a difficult choice because he was basically a good man with wrong ideas.

The next most attractive DEM candidate was Obama - apart from his obvious liberal bent, I felt that he represented a chance for eliminating the racial divisiveness - (my thought being that we could overcome any political mistakes he made in subsequent administrations, but if we could heal the ever-growing racial infection it would be worth an 8 year slide on the economic side) BUT he turned out to be the CATALYST for the racial bullshite we have today. Obama now replaces LBJ as the WORST POTUS in history = ideologically evil - national security disaster - economic moron - morally bankrupt - but worst of all a common racial agitator with a big stick.

There have been no good DEMOCRATs in power for 30 years now at any level - down to perhaps some local officials in rural areas.

Ford, barely missed being able to vote for Nixon. I have never voted Dem for prez even though a registered Dem into the 80's. The first Republican that I actually met were neighbors in 1970, after my parents moved. LA GOP state convention used to be held in someone's living room back then.

Obama ---- might as well be George Washington compared to Trump

I'd really like some substantiation of that rather incomprehensible statement.

care to elaborate on that??

Otherwise, I have to reject it out of hand as a random non-sequitur.

I registered for the first time in my 52 years a few weeks ago. Sole purpose to get Trump out of office.

So - you are 52 and never voted for anything before?? The only people outside a mental or prison facility who could justly make that comment would be a homeless bum on the street.

IF you are a person who has lived as a turnip for 35 years then you have been part of the problems plaguing America, and IF you are planning to now struggle out of your pathetic apathetic basement to vote FOR marxism, then YOU deserve to get what you desire - but the rest of the world would suffer needlessly.

You are pathetic.
