re: What motivates Sanctuary cities?

Like others have said, voters, and even if they don't vote, they stuff ballots with those names since "they are citizens", even tho they create crime, they local gov can then go to the state/feds and ask for money to "fight it", where it gets disbursed to the corrupt officials, not to mention keeping housing and apt rentals up, creating a bigger tax base from which to tax the shite out of the citizens. On the flip side, many are homeless and the "homeless advocates" lobby for money from the local gov's who in turn give that money back in campaign donations, never actually going to the homeless. It's all a game and it's disgusting.
