He's banned. Scuttlebutt is that he apparently drunkenly made a joke on the OT saying he'd frick a corpse that was still warm. Points for originality.

Yeah, a hot chick had just died, and he said he would still bang her. The O-T is funny, awful stuff is said every day, but for some reason they really lashed out at him on that one. I think he could come back and/or is probably here, but is just a little embarrassed and got busy with his lawyer gig.
