Makes complete sense to legalize it
Also - we need to decriminalize at the federal level so that proper research regarding health benefits can be published

I've never smoked or consumed marijuana or any other drug in my entire life.
I think weed being criminal is fricking stupid.
Legalize the shite. Tax the shite.
Do it.

I know several people who were voting for Bernie just because of his stance on legalization. Republicans should really let this one go.

Republicans would be smart to embrace it from a fiscal perspective and it would do much to improve the overall image of the GOP moving into the future

Who isn't in support of marijuana legalization any more?

Bums would flock and lots of people would be unable to get gainful employment, erroneously thinking legalization equated to no more pre-employment drug screening.
You can't be serious. You know how easy it is to pass a drug test, people would forget they exist, and that one failed drug test they wouldn't learn their lesson? You are not an intelligent person.

The black market would continue to thrive because the taxes and regulations would make legal prices skyrocket.
That’s just not true unless it’s taxed beyond a reasonable amount. Weed is dirt cheap in Colorado compared to illegal states
