Sadly, it is a disease spreading faster than Covid in all demographic groups (and it can be argued that it will be more destructive over the long term).

The glorification of thug culture by the media and the black community.

Democrats/establishment affect black people more than anything.

Establishment found a way to enslave a lot of black people, without actually using chains.

It basically started after the civil rights movement. Powerful white people bought black people who played minor roles in the civil rights movement and made them rich. Those minor participants were then propped up and treated as absolute authorities on racial justice, and pretend representatives of all black people. They spewed propaganda their white masters gave them. They perverted the entire civil rights movement. To the point where the messages of icons like mlkj were corrupted and eroded away.
